Bring the conversation to your audience.

I've been guesting for more than ten years, on radio, on stages, and on podcasts of every size, and I leave your audience with a framework they can put to work the same week.

Short bio · 75 words

Racheal Blackmore is a messaging strategist and the founder of The Messaging Lab. Before copywriting, she was the youngest certified Wicklander-Zulawski interrogator at an 800-location retailer, and the only woman in the role. That's where she learned the rule her method is built on: recognition comes first, or no one opens up. Fourteen years later, she teaches the Connect-First Method, writes the weekly letter On Connection, and is at work on her first book, SEEN.

Full bio · 152 words

Racheal Blackmore is a messaging strategist, creative director, and the founder of The Messaging Lab. Over 14 years of client work, she traced one pattern that holds across every business she's touched: people buy the moment they catch their own story inside your words. That idea became the Connect-First Method, the three-story framework her whole company is built on.

Her lens on it is unusual. Before copywriting, Racheal was the youngest certified Wicklander-Zulawski interrogator at an 800-location retailer, and the only woman in the role, where she learned that recognition has to come first or no one opens up. A trained journalist and award-winning copywriter, she now teaches the psychology behind why most marketing advice misses, and what connects instead.

She writes On Connection, a weekly letter, and is at work on her first book, SEEN. Outside the work, Racheal is a mom of four and a pre-law student at Michigan State.
