An 11 Out of 10: Ryan Helms on Hiring Racheal Blackmore for Agency Copy
Ryan runs Legacy Media, and his team doesn't usually work with outside people. That was the test: could a copywriter plug into their Slack, their project management, their processes, and feel like part of the company?
I did the work the way his team does the work. Story development, copy, and client-facing calls, inside their systems, no special treatment needed.
The client loved the work and said so long after the project wrapped. Ryan's verdict: an 11 out of 10.

What's up, Ryan Helms here, founder of Legacy Media, and I just want to take a quick second to say thank you to Miss Racheal Blackmore. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I first worked with her on a different basis. She was working with one of our clients, actually, and had such a great experience in that situation that I knew that when a certain project came up in which we needed a lot higher skill set of copywriting and also story development, I wanted to work with her. So I reached out to her to see if she had availability. Thankfully, she did, and we decided to work together.
But I was actually a little bit apprehensive, because everyone in our company worked in our company, right? They were part of a team. We really don't work with external people. But Racheal plugged in like she worked here. She joined our Slack, she joined our project management system, and she worked in our processes. We didn't tweak anything in terms of her plugging in. She plugged in just like a regular team member, and she crushed it.
She was very flexible. She was very communicative with our team, and obviously, the quality of the content that she delivered was fantastic. She did directly client-facing calls with me, so if that would be something that you'd be interested in her doing, she definitely has that skill set. She was great with the client. The client absolutely loved her and spoke very highly about her, even after her job was done on that project.
So overall: copy, amazing. Personality, amazing. Ability to work with the team, amazing. Ability to work with clients, amazing. Overall experience working with her was definitely 11 out of 10. If you need copy and you have an agency, no-brainer, you should hire her. If you just need copy? Obviously, hire her.

A $5M Campaign in 8 Months: Austin Ford on Copywriter Racheal Blackmore
Austin's agency builds conversion systems for SaaS and B2B tech companies. When a large software client needed a pre-launch campaign, he brought me in to write it.
The emails opened at over 50 percent. The cart converted at 26 percent. Eight months later the campaign had generated more than $5 million, and it's still running.
Austin looks for two things in a copywriter: the client's true voice, and conversions on the page. This campaign delivered both.

Hey, what's up, everyone? My name's Austin Ford, and I'm making this video testimonial for Racheal Blackmore, who is a rock star copywriter. A little bit about me: I own a funnel building agency that helps SaaS and B2B technology companies grow. We help them reduce churn and get their forever customers utilizing the power of online challenges.
Now, Racheal has been an amazing person to have in our business to help with various different projects and copywriting needs for different clients of ours. And there's two things that we look for when it comes to hiring a good copywriter. Number one is that they can write great copy in the tone or the style that the company wants the portrayal to come off as, or the avatar that we're writing for. And number two, that they actually get conversions on the page.
Racheal's been able to provide both of those for us. And in fact, with one particular client that we worked with, a very large software company, she helped us with a pre-launch campaign, and we had over 50% email open rates. And when we finally did open the cart, we had a 26% conversion when the cart was open. That same campaign is running to this day, and it's about eight months later, and I believe it's made the company over $5 million.
So, should you hire Racheal? I definitely say go ahead and hire her for your copywriting needs. She'll definitely help you, your business, or your client's business get to the next level. Thank you. Bye.
Jessica Walman · CEO, The JW Agency
Jessica Walman: Why My Agency Trusts Racheal Blackmore as Creative Director
Jessica's agency manages millions in ad spend, and for the past few years I've been her creative director and senior copywriter. I set the hooks and angles, direct the creative team, review every design and every line, and write plenty of them myself.
I also audit every client funnel: conversion, compliance, messaging, offer. Those audits have lifted client sales by 8 to 13 percent and open rates by 10, 20, even 30 percent.
Her advice? Stop wondering and hire me sooner. Her words, not mine.

This is a quick testimonial for Racheal Blackmore. If you have the opportunity to work with her, I promise you will never regret it. She has been working with me for the past few years as my creative director and senior copywriter, directing the entire creative process for my agency. Which means when our clients need assets for their ad campaign to run paid traffic, she determines the hooks and angles that are going to pull in the audience. She assigns that out to our creative team, and then reviews all creative designs and copy, as well as creating copy herself, to ensure that the assets that come back are killer and give our clients amazing results.
Not only that: she does all of our funnel audits. You can't ask for more from someone who's extremely good at copy and also very good at funnel and overall strategy. She goes over every funnel page for our clients to review for conversion, compliance, messaging, and the offer, to make sure they're hitting certain points so all of our funnels can convert as high as possible. And that has allowed our clients to increase their sales by 8 to 13%. She reviews emails that increase open rates by 10, 20, 30%.
The results that she can get you come from expertise that's not just in one area, it's in a multitude of areas. Which is what you need if you are a coach or consultant or service provider selling a digital product and you want someone who can help you with copy. Nowadays it's so beneficial to have them be extremely knowledgeable and expert in the strategy and the funnel as well.
So listen, I could go on and on about Racheal all day long. My results and my experience, for my own stuff (yes, she writes my own stuff) and for our clients, have been phenomenal, and I could not highly recommend her enough. Please, just give her a chance, because you will freaking be blown away, and you'll be wondering why didn't I hire Racheal sooner.
Marley Jaxx · Legacy Game
My Secret Weapon: Marley Jaxx on Copywriter Racheal Blackmore
Marley almost didn't record this one. She wanted to keep me her secret weapon.
Her work goes deep, and for years the hard part was talking about it without flattening it. My job is to take her ideas and her energy and turn them into words that sound like her and sell like her.
She says it's like having someone finish your sentences. That's the job.

Racheal Blackmore. What do I say about Racheal Blackmore? Well, I considered saying nothing, because I would like to just keep her my secret weapon and keep her all to myself. And if I tell you how amazing she is, she might get so busy that she won't have enough time for me. So please take that with a grain of salt when you're choosing to hire her: I want her so badly all to myself that if you start working with her, then I'll just have to fight for her time.
Honestly, she is so amazing. Anything I need for copy, even just working with a colleague in the space that gets me, that's so important to me. Anytime I need copy written, we have a conversation. She gets me. It's like she finishes my sentences. Literally, figuratively, copywriting-wise. The way that she can take my ideas and my energy and put them into beautiful words is everything that you could ever want and imagine. And not just beautiful words. It's also words that convert. Words that give people that emotional shift that makes them feel like, I have to be connected to you, I have to buy from you. It gives them the encouragement that they need to make them feel like this is the only solution, no matter what the product or service is.
But I also just really believe in working with people that are good people, and Racheal is good people. I've worked with Racheal and I've known her for a year or two, and it feels like a lifetime. That's how special and important she is. She's someone who doesn't work on something unless it's something that she can really put her heart into, and I really respect that about her too. She'll be really realistic with timelines and with the scope of the project.
What more can I say? She's incredible. I hope you work with her. But I also hope that you work with her just enough that she still has time and space for me. She's amazing, and if you're looking for a copywriter, look no further.
Mitch London · Just Add Wilderness
Getting the Message Out of Your Heart: Mitch London on Racheal Blackmore
Mitch guides Christian men on backpacking trips built around mindset and breakthrough. He knew exactly what his work meant. Getting it out of his heart and into posts, emails, and scripts was the part that kept stalling.
We worked closely until the message on the page matched the one he carries. His story, his people, his voice, told in the right order.
He launched. And the words finally sound like the work.

Hey, I just wanted to give a quick video testimonial for Racheal and her team. They're amazing people, and I had so much fun working with them this last year. I recently launched an endeavor. It was my passion and my purpose, and it was a little bit different. It wasn't your normal marketing type of thing. I guide Christian men on backpacking trips, and we talk about mindset and breakthrough in these different capacities.
But it was such a hard thing for me to get my message out of my heart and out to the people, out on the Facebook posts and email programs and video scripts, all these different areas where we need to get our message out. I was struggling trying to find the right words in the right way. I'm sure everybody has gone through this before, where you feel like you know your message and you know exactly what you're trying to say. But when it comes time to actually type it out, to put it down on a post or in an email or a script, it sometimes is very hard to convey exactly what's in your heart.
Racheal and I teamed up, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her skills. She took the time to truly understand that message and that meaning that was in my heart, and the message I was trying to convey to my audience and the people I'm looking to impact. She worked with me very closely and put together some phenomenal copy.
If you're looking for a copywriter, I can't recommend Racheal enough. The clients she's worked with in the past, the experience she has, you're not going to find anywhere else. She's worked with the biggest names in the industry, behind the scenes with so many different people. She's never been one to jump up into the spotlight, and now that she's launching and doing her own stuff, I'm so excited for her, because I know the expertise, the experience, the trial and error, all of that is in there. Racheal has such a heart to help you get your message out to your people. If you're looking for somebody to truly take the time to understand what you're trying to convey, to listen to your heart and your story, and then help you put that into words that resonate with the people you're trying to help: that's Racheal. Thank you so much for helping me and Just Add Wilderness as I launch and get this business up off the ground. I can't recommend Racheal enough.

Dean Edelson: Her Ability to Nail the Voice Is Uncanny | Racheal Blackmore
Dean runs a copywriting agency, which makes him the hardest kind of client: a writer hiring a writer.
He hands me the assets, and I dig until I find the essence of the message. Email sequences, campaigns, landing pages, webinars, sales copy. The work, in his words, is uncanny in one specific way: the voice gets nailed. Every time.
That comes from research and from listening. There's no shortcut to sounding like someone.

Hi, Dean Edelson here with 1 Big Idea Marketing, and I want to give a big shout out to Racheal Blackmore, who's a fantastic copywriter. I have used Racheal on many projects, working for my stuff and for my clients, and I just want to say that Racheal really knows how to nail the voice.
She is tenacious when it comes to research. She's got a real gift for getting in there and really nailing the client's voice. I think it's her ability to dive into all the assets that I get to her, and she finds the essence of what that message is. In copywriting, that's critical if you're going to reach your audience, if you're going to find that emotional core that really gets an audience to listen, to pay attention, to buy, to take an action. Whether it's to click, subscribe, watch a video, or take out a credit card, Racheal really knows how to get down in there.
I'm really happy with all the work that she's created for me and for my clients. I wouldn't even hesitate to hire Racheal for any kind of project that you might have. I've worked with her on email sequences and campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and sales copy, and Racheal's ability to nail all of those assets is uncanny. So don't even hesitate to hire Racheal Blackmore.

Olga Carlson: How Racheal Blackmore Put My Voice Into Words
Olga is a wellness advocate and coach for professional women, and we've worked together since the very beginning of her online presence.
My job is to take what she thinks and feels and put it on the page without losing her in the translation. Sometimes that means capturing her words exactly. Sometimes it means saying the thing she hadn't found words for yet.
Either way, the voice stays hers. That's the whole point.
