Hey, I’m Racheal.

(Yes, my name is misspelled. More on that in a bit…)

I've been a professional copywriter for 14 years.

I’m the person companies and agencies hire when the copy has to drive to action.

Ad agencies managing millions in spend.

Media companies behind the biggest names in the creator economy.

Copywriting agencies serving industry leaders who needed someone they could trust with their brand voice.

Entrepreneurs who outgrew DIY and needed senior-level copy without hiring in-house.

Over those 14 years, I've generated more than $20 million in traceable revenue for my clients.

Including $5 million in 8 months for one.

60% email open rates for another (industry average is 21%).

Five subscriptions sold in the first hour of launch for another.

I don't say this to brag. I say it because you should know who you're hiring when considering working together.

A woman with curly, shoulder-length hair smiling while leaning against a metal railing in front of a red brick wall.

What Makes Me Different

I have a weird combination of skills that turns out to be very useful for writing copy that converts.

Trained journalist. I know how to ask the right questions. Give me 30 minutes with you, and I'll walk away with years’ worth of insight about your audience.

Certified interrogator. Yes, really. Through Wicklander-Zulawski. It's a specialized method for uncovering truth through conversation—turns out it's incredibly useful for understanding what your audience actually needs to hear.

Award-winning copywriter. 14 years and $20M+ in traceable client revenue. I've tested what works, learned what doesn't, and refined my approach across industries, offer types, and business stages.

I write copy that compels the right people to take the desired action.

Life Beyond the Laptop

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me…

A collage of two photos on a dark background. The larger photo shows four kids smiling, posing for a picture at an indoor or outdoor event, with one holding a gift bag. The smaller photo shows students doing crafts at a table decorated with colorful supplies.

Attempting to keep four kids fed, happy, and moderately clean (success rate varies) while also teaching them to escape the ordinary and go for their dreams…

A collage of photos of a white dog with brown spots, enjoying outdoor activities like swimming, playing with a chew toy, and sitting near a campfire.

Taking way too many pictures of my dog being a dog (but I can’t help it… he’s so cuuuute).

Three people standing together at a theater event, with a backdrop featuring the word "Broadway" and a star logo. One person holds a playbill titled "Hamilton." The image is designed to look like a scrapbook with polaroid-style photos.

Listening to Hamilton for the 847th time (still not tired of it)…

“Why do you write like you're running out of time? Write day and night like you're running out of time…”

Two photos of a woman, one at a graduation ceremony wearing cap and gown speaking at a podium, and the other taking a selfie holding a book, both smiling.

And studying for my Bachelor’s in Pre-Law before starting law school… in my 40s… with 4 kids… and a business… Because there’s more than one way up the mountain - I’ll meet you at the top.

P.S. Oh! And about my misspelled name... My mom wanted it to be unique, but all my life everyone's thought it was a mistake. So I literally came into this world with my first typo. Kinda took the pressure off when I started writing for a living.
